House Bills
 
HB 425 Provides a specified cost-of-living adjustment factor for members of the Special Risk Class of the Florida Retirement System.
 
HB 593 Allows members receiving care at federal Veterans' Health Administration facilities to use certification by two physicians working at such facilities as proof of total and permanent disability.
 
HB 605 Expands membership in the Senior Management Service Class.
 
HB 785 Adds to the Special Risk Class employees of water, sewer, or other public works departments who work in certain hazardous conditions.
 
HB 937 Adds to the Special Risk Class certain employees of specified state hospitals and other facilities who spend a certain amount of time performing duties that involve contact with patients or inmates.
 
HB 1033 Adds to the Special Risk Class certain pilots and registered nurses.
 
HB 1175 Adds to the Special Risk Class juvenile detention officers and juvenile detention officer supervisors employed by the Department of Juvenile Justice.

Senate Bills
 
SB 796 Adds to the Special Risk Class certain employees of specified state hospitals and other facilities who spend a certain amount of time performing duties that involve contact with patients or inmates.

SB 1630 Adds to the Special Risk Class employees of a water, sewer, or other public works department of a participating employer who work in certain hazardous conditions.
 
SB 1734 Authorizes reemployment following 1 calendar month of retirement for instructional personnel.
 
SB 7044 Revises FRS employer contribution rates.
 
SB 7006 Provides penalties for violations of the constitutional prohibition against abuse of a public position (ethics and elections).
